Procedure of maintenance (session 2019-20)
 

For the upgradation and maintenance of physical facilities during the current academic year Rs. 505661 has been spent on the repair and maintenance of the building and another Rs. 111857 has been spent on the repair and maintenance of computers. Rs. 107000 has been spent on the purchase and repairs of furnitures. Construction of the new classroom on the second floor of the administrative building has been proposed and necessary procedural initiative has been taken. Necessary steps have been taken for the completion of construction of the sports complex. The library is under continuous upgradation process using the KOHA software. A substantial approx Rs. 88000 has been spent on purchase and maintenance of electrical equipments and facilities.

However as during almost a quarter of the academic session the college remained closed due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent lockdown, a lot of upgradation and maintenance works remained pending. Amount has been spend from the college fund on the purchase of new books.
